Our 5-Step-Cleaner Screening Process
When asked how we manage to consistently find the best cleaners in each city, we answer proudly that the magic lies in our five-step cleaner screening process. That process involves these five logical steps:
Applications Come in Online
The Internet allows us to collect applications from all over the region, opening the door to the possibility of finding more highly qualified candidates.
STEP 1
Comprehensive Background and Referencing Checking
We will not give out cleaning assignments to any contract cleaners until they have officially cleared our background and reference checking process.
STEP 5
Top 2% of cleaners in the Market
Only 2% of domestic maid applicants make it through this screening process
Online Video Interviewing
We use short online video interviews as a pathway for preliminary introductions, starting the search for candidates who might fit our cleaner profile.
STEP 2
STEP 4
Orientations
To complete the process for both sides, final candidates are invited to learn more about the company and our cleaner expectations via an informative orientation presentation.
STEP 3
Face-to-Face Interviewing
Only the leading candidates attend face-to-face interviews, which target each candidate’s work experience and personal background.

Once your appointments are set, you can rest easy, knowing a top-rated local maid will be handling your cleaning responsibilities. We’ll find the cleaner with the perfect experience and skill set that’s needed to deliver exactly what you want.
You have every right to set your cleaning expectations high. We’ll respond by promising to meet or beat those expectations. To ensure you get what you want/need, we’ll extend to you our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The final say is yours.
We’re Not Happy Unless You’re Happy
As service providers, our satisfaction comes from the smiles on the faces of satisfied customers. If we can make you happy for a day, you might give us another day to do it again. That would make us happy!
Note: We would like your cleaners to avoid these tasks:
Not wanting to break delicate items, they won’t be handling and aggressively cleaning some light fixtures and decorations
We don’t want your cleaners moving anything that might be heavy enough to cause personal injury or damage to your property
Since some paints are subject to damage when exposed to water or cleaning chemicals, only wall washing with a damp cloth is allowed

Frequently Asked Questions
What are green home cleaning services, and how are they different from regular cleaning?
When green home cleaning services are requested, cleaning professionals use green cleaning products safe for the environment and the home. They also recycle and repurpose trash and clutter responsibly. For regular cleanings, they focus on leaving the home sparkling clean with less emphasis on eco-friendly methods.
Are eco-friendly products safe for children and pets?
100%. Professional cleaners only use eco friendly cleaning products and non toxic cleaning supplies that have been government-tested and subsequently certified as safe for use in the home and around pets and children.
Are green cleaning supplies included, or do I need to provide them?
Don’t worry. Cleaners bring green cleaning products when requested, ensuring your home stays safe, clean, and smelling fresh.
How can green home cleanings benefit Airbnb hosts in this region of Virginia?
Airbnb guests tend to show up with high expectations. They expect the home to look and smell clean. They also expect the home to be free of pollutants, bacteria, and viruses. That’s exactly what you would be giving them with a green home cleaning before their occupancy.
How do green home cleaning services align with Alexandria’s environmental initiatives?
This part of Virginia is a very progressive socially minded community. The majority of the population tends to fully support an initiative that will help the planet. The offering of our green home cleaning services is a statement we are making that we are happy to support eco-friendly initiatives that are most important to the local residents.
