The professional cleaners with which we contract have to survive a strict 5-step cleaner vetting process. Here are those 5 important steps:
Online Applications
Accepting applications online is an efficient way to get access to a larger group of local cleaners who might meet the company’s requirements.
STEP 1
Strict Background/ Reference Checks
Final determinations will not be made until a professional cleaner has successfully cleared our very strict background and reference checks.
STEP 5
Top 2% of cleaners in the Market
Only 2% of all the applicants pass our entire screening process successfully, and that’s whom we work with exclusively.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your cleaning professionals insured and background-checked?
Absolutely. As part of our cleaner screening process, each candidate must survive the scrutiny of our strict background and reference-checking process.
Can I request the same cleaner monthly?
Yes. While we cannot guarantee the availability of a monthly cleaner, we will do everything in our power to honor your request. If there is an issue, we will send a suitable replacement.
How can monthly cleanings benefit my Alexandria Airbnb or home’s value?
By not allowing dirt, grease, and grime to accumulate around your home, it puts less stress on the infrastructure. The benefits will become clear when you sell the home or seek an appraisal for a loan.
Can I customize the cleaning checklist for my Alexandria Airbnb or vacation rental?
Yes. We get a lot of special requests as part of our monthly deep cleaning services. We only ask for some advanced notice and wish to inform you there might be an additional charge.
How do I reschedule my monthly cleanings?
We can offer you two good options. You can always call and schedule by phone. If you are comfortable with online access, we have a wonderful automated online appointment scheduling system that is easy to use.
