Frequently Asked Questions
How should I go about making sure my cleaners can enter the apartment when I’m not there?
We can offer you two prions. First, you can hide a key in a safe place somewhere around your apartment door. For better security, you might think about purchasing the same kind of lock box that a realtor uses.
Where should I leave the cleaning supplies?
Good news. That won’t be necessary. The fact is that as a professional apartment cleaning company, we feel obligated that your maids use the best cleaning supplies on the market. Professional maids use commercial-grade cleaning products that have been tested as safe and pet friendly.
Can you tell me what your apartment deep cleaning services include?
Yes. Our apartment cleaning company services start with the standard cleaning tasks like dusting furniture and cleaning the floors. We also include tasks such as scrubbing of appliances and cabinets inside and out. We would clean baseboards, windows, window coverings, and extreme cleaning of plumbing fixtures.
On what do you base your prices?
For our apartment housekeeping services, we would look at factors such as the size of the apartment and the specific cleaning package that you requested.
Can you tell me more about the online reporting feature?
In an effort to always be transparent, your cleaning people will submit reports regarding any damage that they might encounter, including damage that they might have accidentally caused. They will also submit reports to confirm that your apartment has been cleaned, plus any other information that they think you might find useful. To find out more about our online reporting, please contact us.
How do I find a reliable cleaning service for my Vrbo rental in Cincinnati?
Finding a trustworthy Vrbo cleaning service is crucial for maintaining high guest ratings and ensuring your property is always ready for the next booking. Start by looking for local cleaning companies with experience in vacation rental turnover cleaning, as they understand the unique demands of short-term rentals. Reading online reviews and asking for recommendations from other Vrbo hosts in the Cincinnati area can also help. Additionally, many professional Vrbo cleaners offer customized cleaning plans that fit your rental schedule, giving you peace of mind and more time to focus on other aspects of managing your property. Remember that booking a reliable and consistent housekeeping service is the key to maintaining a successful vacation rental.
