Frequently Asked Questions
How much advance notice do you need to schedule a deep cleaning service in Carmel?
We suggest a 48-hour notice so we can guarantee service. We’ll accept less notice, but we might not be able to guarantee a maid will be there at the designated time.
How much does a deep cleaning house cost?
We price our deep cleaning house cost based on the size of the home and the types of deep cleaning tasks that might be requested.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are glad to offer a liberal cancellation policy. With that said, a 24-hour notice would be preferable to avoid potential cancellation fees.
What if my maid causes damage?
First, they are required to report it in their online damage report. Second, they are fully insured against potential damage or theft.
Where do I leave a key for my vacation unit?
For security reasons, we would recommend you use a lockbox. Otherwise, find a secure outside hiding place and leave your maid instructions.
