Primary/Backup Worker Show Up
You are matched with 2-3 “primary” cleaning crews who all have experience in vacation rental cleaning and pass our 5-Step Screening Process. Your unit is cleaned between your designated check out/in times. You can ask us to change your primary cleaner at any time.
You Receive a Completed Cleaning Report (with pictures)
Your referred cleaners will complete the cleaning and fill out a “Cleaning Report” in the software for your home, which you can access via the app. It includes pictures of the clean unit, checkmarks next to the completed items, and a notification if there are low supplies. If your workers find any damages, they can take pictures via our app and you will be notified.
