What cleaning tasks are included with standard cleaning services for Airbnb?
With the goal of getting in and out quickly while leaving the unit clean for the next guest, our cleaners will handle these chores: wiping counters, cabinets, and appliances, throwing out leftover food and cleaning items, dusting polishing furniture, cleaning of plumbing fixtures, and floor cleaning.
How much does one vacation unit cleaning cost?
Before we can offer a reasonable estimate or quote, we would need to gather information about the unit (size and location) and the level of service needed. If you would like specific pricing information, we invite you to give us a call.
What is the best way to provide unit access to my cleaner?
Most of our clients choose one of three options:
- Option #1 – leave a key with a rental office.
- Option #2 – hide a key in a safe location.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is quite liberal. You can cancel at any time with a penalty. However, we do ask that you give us at least 2-4 hours’ notice so we can reallocate resources.
