MaidThis Cleaning Myrtle Beach has a no-cancellation-fee policy if you cancel your service visit at least 24 hours earlier. Same-day cancellations and cancellations on the day before after 4pm are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Of course! The standard vacation rental cleaning package includes 1-3 full loads of laundry. Additional loads are charged at $10 per load. If washing machines are available on-site or in the building, there won’t be any additional fees. However, if the cleaners need to visit a laundromat, you will be charged another $10.

Your cleaners will examine your property for any damages your guests may have caused. That being said, they may not be able to spot everything every single time, so they can’t be held responsible for any damages your guests have failed to report.
Here at MaidThis Cleaning Myrtle Beach, we understand that the cleaners we team up with may not always be able to arrive right on time due to unpredictable traffic conditions. That’s why we always schedule short-term rental cleanings in a way that ensures your cleaners will have enough time to thoroughly clean your place even if they’re a little late.
If your cleaners are unable to access your property due to a missing key or code, they will spend the next 30 minutes trying to get in touch with you. They will wait at your property if you are able to deliver the key. Keep in mind that you’ll be subject to an additional $40 hourly fee if your cleaners need to wait for the key or a $50 fee if you opt to cancel or reschedule.
Don’t worry if you’re unable to deliver the key. Simply contact our office and our team from Operations will do their best to send another cleaner to your vacation rental property.
If your previous guests have left your property in an absolutely dismal state, don’t panic! For an extra $80, your cleaners will spend a few additional hours to give your property a deep cleaning and document all damages. This will make sure your place is ready for the next check-in and also give you the proof you need for when you request compensation for the damages.
If a guest is unsatisfied with the service your cleaners have provided, we will send another cleaner to reclean the place for the guest, and we’ll do it for FREE.
However, if the guest is still unhappy and decides to cancel the reservation, MaidThis Cleaning Myrtle Beach cannot be held responsible for any expenses you may incur as a result.
