Meet Thomas Fernandez, owner of MaidThis Myrtle Beach

Hey there! We’re Bob & Pam Tracy, and we’re the proud owners of the MaidThis franchise here in Pittsburgh.

Hey Myrtle Beach! I’m Thomas Fernandez, the Owner & Director of Operations for this cleaning business (yes, I have two titles — someone’s got to keep the operation running smoothly).

I started this business after seeing a real need for reliable, consistent cleaning in Myrtle Beach, especially in the short-term rental market where quality and timing can make or break a guest’s experience. I wanted to build a service that property owners and homeowners could genuinely depend on, because let’s be honest—when you’re counting on a cleaning crew, “they’ll probably show up” just doesn’t cut it.

What drives me? Knowing our clients can truly rely on us and don’t have to lose sleep worrying about whether their property will be ready on time. We take that stress completely off their plate and make sure everything is done right, every single time. There’s real satisfaction in being the dependable solution in an industry that desperately needs more of it.

When I’m not making sure Myrtle Beach properties are sparkling, you’ll find me at the gym or doing what any sane person does when they live at the beach—actually going to the beach. My wife and I have a beautifully blended family with four kids in total: my son, my niece, and my stepson and stepdaughter. Add in our dog, a bird, and two blind kitties, and let’s just say our household is never boring.

We’ve been calling Myrtle Beach home for about three years now, and we absolutely love the beach lifestyle, the warm weather year-round, and that laid-back coastal atmosphere you just can’t find everywhere. It’s a fantastic place to live and work, and we’re genuinely proud to serve this community. So while you’re out enjoying the Grand Strand or soaking up some sun, we’ll be making sure your space is cleaner than the ocean breeze.

Because in Myrtle Beach, we don’t just clean properties—we make sure your slice of paradise stays that way.
