One Time Cleaning Services in North Atlanta, Georgia

Booking at least 48 hours in advance is recommended for securing your preferred time slot and ensuring cleaner availability. However, same-day or next-day service is sometimes available depending on current schedule capacity, especially during weekdays. For special events, holiday preparation, or Airbnb turnovers with tight deadlines, booking a week ahead guarantees you won’t be left scrambling. Last-minute requests are accommodated whenever possible, but advance booking gives you the most flexibility for scheduling exactly when you need service.

Standard one-time cleaning covers all main living areas including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping throughout the home. Bathrooms receive thorough scrubbing and sanitizing of toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs. Kitchens get deep cleaned including countertops, sinks, and appliance exteriors. The service doesn’t include moving heavy furniture, cleaning inside appliances like ovens or refrigerators, or tasks like laundry or dishes. For more intensive work like inside appliances or ceiling fan cleaning, deep cleaning service is a better fit.

Yes, all cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment. You don’t need to provide, purchase, or stock anything. This includes vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and commercial cleaning solutions that are government-certified safe and effective. If you have specific product preferences, sensitivities to certain chemicals, or would like eco-friendly alternatives used in your North Atlanta home, just mention it when booking and the team will accommodate your request.

Most homes take between 2 and 4 hours depending on size, condition, and the specific service requested. Smaller apartments or condos might finish closer to 2 hours, while larger homes with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms can take 4 hours or more. Deep cleaning services typically require additional time beyond standard cleaning due to the comprehensive attention to detail. When you book, you’ll receive an estimated timeframe based on your property details and service type.

Standard one-time cleaning maintains visible surfaces and high-traffic areas with regular dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Deep cleaning is more comprehensive, targeting areas that standard cleaning doesn’t reach like baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, inside cabinets, window tracks, and behind appliances. Deep cleaning takes longer and costs more but provides a thorough reset for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently or need seasonal refreshing. Most people choose deep cleaning 2-4 times yearly.

Pricing varies based on home size, cleaning type, and property condition. Standard cleaning for smaller homes or apartments typically costs less than larger properties with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Deep cleaning and specialty services like move-out cleaning cost more due to additional time and effort involved. Most one-time cleanings range from a couple hundred dollars for basic service to more for comprehensive deep cleaning.
