We recommend scheduling cleanings as far in advance as possible—you can always log in and schedule all upcoming cleanings you have. You’ll need to schedule a cleaning 48 hours before. Peak seasons get crazy, so earlier is better.
What if I need to cancel last minute?
We do not have a cancellation fee if you cancel at least 1 day before the cleaning. If you cancel after 4PM the day before the cleaning or on the same day as the cleaning, a cancellation fee will apply. Life happens, but heads-up helps everyone.
Do cleaners bring their own supplies for the vacation rental?
As professional cleaners, they strongly prefer to use the best tools and commercial-grade cleaning products available. Eco-friendly products are available upon request for hosts who prefer green cleaning options.
What about key access for my Vrbo property?
Most hosts have a lockbox or hide the key somewhere for the cleaners. Please provide the location of the key or lockbox code in the notes schedule when you book. Standard operating procedure for most Texas Airbnb turnover service providers.
Can they handle laundry during the cleaning?
Yup! As long as you have a washer & dryer on-site. Saves you time and gets linens guest-ready faster.
What happens if cleaners find damage?
Your cleaners will do their absolutely best to keep an eagle eye out for damages to make sure you’re protected! Buuuut they cannot always catch everything, so MaidThis Cleaning of Northwest San Antonio is not in charge of any damages caused by the guests which are not reported. They’re cleaners, not insurance adjusters.
What if something gets missed during cleaning?
