Our 5-Step-Cleaner Screening Process
The best way of choosing between maids who deliver good work and those who just claim they will is to have a special screening process. We have that.
Application
We ask that all interested maids submit an application to let us know of their interest, their contact information, and basic details about their experience.
STEP 1
Background Checks
Finally, we run a background check on those applicants who complete the entire interview process to ensure they can be trusted.
STEP 5
Top 2% of cleaners in the Market
Only 2% of all the applicants pass our entire screening process successfully, and that’s whom we work with exclusively.
Phone Interview
As we start a phone interview, we ask some questions based on the application that we receive and some that we use with all applicants.
STEP 2
STEP 4
Orientation
Maids who pass their interviews then go through an orientation process to learn about MaidThis and the work that we do.
STEP 3
In-Person Interview
Any questions that we don’t cover on the phone, we keep in mind for when we finally meet the maids in real life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of choosing eco-friendly cleaning services?
When you rely on green commercial cleaning services in Virginia, you’ll not only feel good about the way that you’re looking out for the planet, but you’ll find that there’s no harsh scent left behind in your home. You’ll find that the air is cleaner and safer, and you’ll feel better letting your pets and family back into the place.
How do green cleaning products compare to traditional cleaners?
Some green cleaners do a better job than more traditional cleaners, while others don’t quite match up to the typical cleaning supplies used. You don’t have to worry about any of this, though, as you can trust that our contract maids provide results that you’ll be happy with. Maids put in the effort needed to leave behind a shine, no matter what products they use.
Do you offer green cleaning for vacation rentals in Richmond?
We do! If you request that green products be used, cleaners follow your preference. Our Airbnb cleaning service adapts in a number of ways to please you, and the types of products that cleaners select are just one of them.
How can eco-friendly cleaning enhance my Airbnb guests’ experience?
When you use eco-friendly cleaning supplies in your Airbnb, you may want to let guests know that. Some will be happy to hear that and automatically feel safer because of the news. These products keep the air cleaner and make the rental safer for pets.
Are the cleaners knowledgeable about non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning?
Yes! Because of their experience, all maids know how to use more natural products and how to make sure that you still get a high level of clean at your place when those products are in use. Maids maximize what each cleaning product can do—no matter the ingredients in that product.
