Long List of Satisfied Clients
We’re Not Happy Unless You’re Happy
Local maids always strive to leave a smile on the faces of their customers. In this industry, we know that the only way to earn repeat business is to make sure customers like you are happy.
To avoid confusion, here a three (3) chores your cleaners will need to avoid:
They won’t be able to aggressively clean items like light fixtures and delicate decorations to avoid possible damage.
Wanting to avoid damage to your property and the possibility of injury, they won’t be able to move heavy objects.
They won’t use water or cleaning chemicals to wash walls and baseboards to avoid possible paint damage.
If I need an emergency cleaning service, how do I contact you?
If it’s an emergency, it’s best to call us directly and let us get a cleaner headed in your direction. For regular services in the future, we invite you to use our automated booking system to schedule appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the quality of a same day cleaning service compare to a standard booking?
The quality of our services never changes when you hire MaidThis. No matter what service option you might choose, our lofty standards will remain in effect. Local maids will clean everything top to bottom and won’t leave until your home is sparkling clean. We’ll proudly stand by this promise with our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Is your same day cleaning service available for Airbnb hosts managing multiple units in St Petersburg?
Yes it is. If the same-day service is due to a scheduled departure, we will have already booked your cleaner to show up shortly after the current guest’s departure date and time. If it’s an unscheduled cleaning you need, we would advise you to schedule that appointment by phone. We’ll have cleaners standing by for fast responses.
What areas of my apartment are included in your same day cleaning service?
You can expect your cleaners to handle everything that would normally be handled if you had scheduled a standard or deep cleaning service. At a minimum, they will certainly be cleaning the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. If you have a special cleaning request, please let us know in advance.
Do same day cleaners follow specific sanitizing protocols for offices in this area of Florida?
Yes. We have established internal commercial building sanitizing protocols that are aligned with any city or state ordinances that might be in place. Cleaners use commercial-grade cleaning chemicals that simultaneously clean and sanitize surfaces. They can also use eco-friendly cleaning products upon request.
