Frequently Asked Questions
Are your cleaners trained in eco-friendly cleaning methods?
Yes. Local maids know how to use products that are eco-friendly just let our friendly customer service know that you need them. If you ask for such products to be used at your home, they will do a good job with those products. You don’t have to worry about your home receiving lesser help because you’ve asked for a specific type of cleaning products to be used; they’ll always make a difference in the place.
Is green cleaning suitable for seniors or individuals with sensitive health conditions?
It can be a good option for senior citizens. If you’re not sure about the specific products that cleaners will be using and how they might affect the health of those who will be in the home, get in touch with our friendly customer service team. We can talk things out with you and answer some of the ingredient questions that you might have.
Do you offer green help for vacation rentals and Airbnb turnovers in Wilmington?
We certainly can! If you request that maids use green products in your rental property, they will do that. They’ll still do the same list of jobs that they usually do, they’ll just be careful about the types of products that they use to do that.
Is green cleaning as effective as regular cleaning for tough stains or dirt?
It can be when the right products are used. We’ve found some green products that we are excited about and that professional cleaners trust to work in those situations when something extra is required. Let your team of cleaners see the mess that you have and see what they can do about that while using green cleaning products.
How do green and eco friendly cleaning services support Wilmington’s environmental goals?
There are certain cleaning products that many use today that can cause harm to the environment because of their ingredients. When green products are used, there are less chemicals going into the air. Many green products also come in refillable containers, allowing maids to clean over and over again without filling a landfill with a ton of bottles.
